1. Customer quality complaint handling
-Customer complaint initial check
-Register customer complaint in system and follow up
-Lead containment action
-Internal 8D evaluation
-External 8D release and report to customer

-Analyze CQ data and report in regular base
-Maintain customer quality data in system/worksheet
